"Mindell develops process work concepts and theories to focus on the capacities and attributes required to exercise leadership. The capacity to understand our own role, as well as what will happen to us when we go into conflict is crucial in leadership. Mindell poses some useful questions to consider and also provides some processes to engage others in."
